Every year during spring quarter, Students' Stage puts on our Annual Miscast Gala. This show allows our club members to work on their acting, singing, directing, and design skills without the time commitment of a full-length produced piece. Each performer (or group of performers) will choose a piece that they think fits them (or in this case, a piece that doesn't fit them) and will audition for a panel of directors with that piece. After auditions, the directors will decide which acts to cast and then work with those actors for an hour each week on acting, blocking, singing, or anything else to make the act even better! At the end of the process, all the acts are organized into a theatre revue. It is THE EVENT OF THE YEAR and everyone is invited to attend the performance!
