HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR AUDITION
SIGN UP FOR A TIME SLOT
If you're performing with multiple people, only one of you needs to sign up for a time.
FILL OUT THE AUDITION FORM
EVERY PERFORMER must fill out the audition form prior to the time of their audition!
PREPARE YOUR ACT
Whether you are working with on your own or with a group, choose a song, monologue, or scene that showcases you in a role that you wouldn't normally be cast as. You should be memorized by the time of your audition, but you don't need to have any blocking or choreography figured out. For your audition, you will present your ENTIRE act, NOT A CUT of it.
BE EARLY TO YOUR AUDITION TIME SLOT AND COME READY
Be early for your audition! Time slots will fill up, so we will want to stick to the schedule. Show up and be yourself! You've got this! Auditions will be in the Black Box Studio (Building 45, Room 212)
